Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, deploying, or interacting with the Oris Discord bot ("Oris", "the Service") in any Discord guild, you and every member of that guild agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove Oris from the guild immediately.
2. User Conduct Agreement
You agree not to use Oris to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to: harassment, doxxing, targeted hate, distribution of illegal content, and coordinated raid activity. You further agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service, and not to abuse economy or fun commands to spam, harass, or manipulate other users.
3. Automation and Rate Limits
Oris enforces per-user and per-guild rate limits to protect Discord's API and the stability of the mainframe cluster. Rate-limit ceilings include (but are not limited to): 5 commands per user per 3 seconds, 100-message chunks per purge request, a 24-hour cooldown on the daily bonus, and a 5-second minimum duration for giveaways. Repeated attempts to bypass or exhaust rate limits may result in a temporary or permanent block from the Service.
4. Premium and Donations
Premium access is granted through voluntary donations processed via the official Oris support Discord. All donations are strictly voluntary and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Premium features are provided on a best-effort basis; they may be added, modified, or removed with reasonable notice. Sharing, reselling, or attempting to duplicate activation keys is prohibited and results in immediate revocation of premium status for the involved guild without refund.
5. Service Availability
Oris is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While the operations team targets 100% uptime and operates a distributed low-latency cluster, no absolute guarantee of uninterrupted availability is made. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency patches, and third-party Discord API outages may temporarily interrupt service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oris, its operators, and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including (but not limited to) loss of data, loss of currency balances, or moderation actions executed by authorized guild administrators.
7. Termination
The operators reserve the right to remove Oris from any guild, revoke premium access, or block any user from interacting with the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct they determine violates these Terms.
8. Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Oris after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Substantive changes will be announced in the official support Discord.
